Editorial Policy

What we do. We compare published lists and tests from independent reviewers, show which products they feature and how they rank them, and summarize the result. Each guide names its sources and the date we retrieved them.

What we don't do. We do not claim to have tested products ourselves unless a page says so. We do not accept payment for placement. Commissions from affiliate links never change a ranking.

How AI is used. Pages are drafted with AI assistance from the cited sources, checked by an automated compliance check, and reviewed by a person before publication.

Data freshness. Guides are re-checked regularly. Pages whose source data becomes too old are taken down until they are refreshed.

Safety. Our checklists are general guidance. We make no health, safety or efficacy claims. If you suspect a moisture, mold or air-quality problem in a building, consult a qualified professional.

Corrections. Found an error? Email [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
